Locked where it must be. Unbound where it should be.

NessLock holds and develops the technology behind independent business products.

01 · Why

Software should not disappear because the company selling it changes.

When it does, the business that depended on it loses the thing it built its week around, and there is nothing it can do about that.

Holding the work apart from the trading is a small structural answer. It does not fix everything. It means what was built is not tied to the fortunes of whoever is selling it this year. One trading company can stop. The thing it sold does not have to stop with it.

Ownership sits still. Trading moves.
